Opisyal nang nilagdaan noong Biyernes (10 Nov 2023) nina Batangas Governor Hermilando Mandanas at Lipa City Mayor Eric Africa ang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) para sa paglipat ng pamamahala at operasyon ng Lipa City District Hospital (LCDH), mula sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas, papunta sa Pamahalaang Panlungsod ng Lipa.

Kaugnay ng selebrasyon ng 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 ay isinagawa ang 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 na may temang “Healthy, nourished, sheltered: Ensuring the right to life for all!” na inorganisa ng Local Council for the Protection of Children sa pangunguna ni Sto. Tomas City (STC) Mayor Arth Jhun Aguilar Marasigan.
