ILOILO CITY — The local government of Iloilo, in collaboration with the Technical Institute of Iloilo City (TIIC), has embarked on a transformative journey to empower 25 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) at the female dormitory of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

With temperatures rising to dangerous levels in Metro Manila during the past days, even persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) are bound to suffer from the effects of rising temperatures.
