LIP service cannot save lives, says Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto as he personally supervised the house-to-house distribution of Emergency Go Bags, which contains almost everything needed to survive just in case a disaster strikes.

BRACING FOR THE BIG ONE?

To ensure readiness of all airport personnel and stakeholders for the certainty and unpredictability of earthquakes, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Central Office and various CAAP-operated airports joined the quarlterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) spearheaded by the Office of Civil Defense on Thursday, September 7, at 2 pm.
