Razon, Sy siblings, Lucio Tan, Villar got richer in November  By Rose de la Cruz     Thirteen Filipino ultra- billionaires made it again to Forbes’ billionaires’ list with combined assets of $37.3 billion in November, up 13 percent from October.     Topping the list is Enrique Razon, the biggest month winner in November with his wealth—from ports, casino and infrastructure—expanding by 17 percent or $900 million to $6.3 billion, reported business blog site, Bilyonaryo.     Razon’s International Container Terminal Services came back from the grave as it zoomed 18.5 percent to P205 on November 30.     The Sy siblings’ collective wealth gained 15 percent or $1.8 billion to $14 billion in November, driven by a steep rise in their holding firm SM Investments Corp. (up 14 percent to P939) and SM Prime Holdings (up 15 percent to P36.40).     Taipan Lucio Tan was among the top gainers with his assets ballooning by 16 percent to $2.2 billion thanks to his LT Group Holdings (up 16.5 percent to P9.40) and Macroasia (up 13 percent to P5.19).     Property and media tycoon Manny Villar was the second biggest up mover with a $600 million or nine percent bump in networth to $7 billion even though his core stocks tanked during the period.     Villar’s overpriced memorial park and mass housing stock, Golden MV Holdings, bloated his value as it surged 11 percent to P630 in the last 30 days.     Villar’s core stocks plunged – Vista Land & Lifescapes (down 20 percent to P1.39) and AllHome (down 44 percent to P1.53).     Forbes showed that In terms of billions of dollars, Villar is still the top with $7 billion; next is Razon with $6.3 billion; Ramon S. Ang with $3.1 billion; Henry “Big Boy” Sy Jr. with $2.7 billion; Hans and Herbert Sy, each with $2,4 billion; Andrew Tan and Harley Sy with $2.4 billion; Lucio Tan and Tessie Sy Coson with $2.2 billion; Elizabeth Sy, $1,7 billion and Tony Tan Caktiong and Lance Gokongwei, each with $1.2 billion.
