Vegan restaurant Cosmic hopes to convince Pinoys that “vegetarian” does not necessarily mean boring or expensive.
Vegans, vegetarians, and people who want to try plant-based meals will be even more excited to learn what this exclusive menu brings!
COSMIC is a foodie-favorite in Poblacion. When management decided to expand, they opted for Kapitolyo to be its second branch’s location but they did it by concocting an exclusive menu for it.
Just last Friday, March 26, Cosmic’s Kapitolyo branch opened to the public but orders are only accepted through online platforms.
Vegans, vegetarians, and people who want to try plant-based meals will be even more excited to learn what this exclusive menu brings!
Start your meal with any of these snacks: nori seaweed, enoki mushroom, king oyster mushroom, tofu skin tempura, or sweet potato.
Warm your tummy with miso ramen, miso soup, pancit habhab, or stir-fry noodles.
For the main course, the original menu features 100% plant-based food such as their bagnet kare-kare, sisig, BBQ isaw, burgers, scrambled tofu egg, mushroom sinigang, beanuguan, and more!
Add to it this branch’s exclusive menu filled with intriguing and mouthwatering food. Plant-based siomai, bangus relleno, and others.
And top it all off with choco fudge or walnut fudge brownies.
Yum!
Aside from these, Cosmic also offers party trays and frozen food for all of us who want to devour these in the comforts of our own homes.
Cosmic says, in a Facebook post, that “It’s time to make the switch to a lifestyle that is cruelty-free.”
Their goal is to make many people realize that switching to a vegan diet should not be boring nor expensive. “Slowly convince them one vegan sisig at a time.” (EFO)
