Members of the Divisoria Public Market Credit Cooperative today
filed graft and corruption charges against presidential aspirant, Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso and Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan for selling the old Divisoria market to a private developer for P1.45 billion at the Office of the Ombudsman in Quezon City.
