Stars Hyun Bin and Son Yejin of Crash Landing on You, a big hit in Netflix tied the knot in an intimate ceremony
Hit K-Drama ‘Crash Landing on You’ stars Son Yejin and Hyun Bin are officially married as the actors' agencies, VAST Entertainment and MSTeam, shared photos of the couple on Thursday, March 31.
Two photos were shared with their fans, including the first glimpse at the couple's wedding looks before the private wedding ceremony at the Aston House of the Grand Walkerhill Seoul Hotel.
“Actors Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin are holding their wedding ceremony today, taking their first step as a married couple," the caption for the post reads, per Soompi's translation. “The ceremony will be private in consideration of the situation with COVID-19, so we ask for your generous understanding. We are sharing the news with their wedding photos instead.”
“We express deep gratitude for the many blessings and warm support sent for their new beginning. Actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin along with their agencies will continue to put in full effort to give back for the love received.”
Valentino also took to Instagram to share a message of congratulations to the couple as Yejin is an ambassador for the brand and instead of posting a picture of the pair, the Italian brand shared a picture of Yejin wearing a different wedding dress.
“Valentino would like to congratulate Brand Ambassador Son Yejin on her wedding day,” the post reads.
About 300 guests were expected in the ceremony including their family and relatives with notable guests such as Gong Hyo-jin, Lee Min-jung, Uhm Ji-won, Oh Yoon-ah, Jung Hae-in, Ahn Sung-ki, Park Joong-hoon, and Ha Ji-won.
The actors first met in 2018 through the film 'Negotiation,' and found themselves working again on worldwide hit K-drama series 'Crash Landing On You', leading to a deeper relationship between them eventually developing romantic feelings for each other.
Their talent agency finally confirmed their relationship on January 1, 2021, but have been dating since March 2020.
The couple then announced their engagement on February 10 this year.
