Wonder what smartphones tech billionaires use. Here is a list of some of them.

MOST tech billionaires use or own iPhones or iPads except for Bill Gates, Microsoft co-founder although he keeps an iPhone handy in the event he wants to use it for any reason. But all other times, he has a day-to-day Android device.

The iPhone device he uses is said to be outdated (iPhone 5S until recently), and he uses it only to stay abreast of the difference using an iPhone can make as compared to an Android device.

Given the integrations between Android and Microsoft’s software, most of Gates' devices are primarily Android ones.

Amazon owner and founder, Jeff Bezos, used a Blackberry phone back in 2012 and was last seen using a Samsung handset, before he launched Amazon’s Fire Phone.

Which phone he is presently using is a mystery.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk is an iPhone user. Though he has never openly admitted to using any particular brand of phone, he has often mentioned the iPhone or iPad on several occasions during his interviews.

From this we can only gather that he is in fact a fan of the iPhone, whichever version that may be.

Snapchat Founder Evan Spiegel is an iPhone user. While his current device is as of yet unknown, not so long ago he revealed that he doesn't use a case for his iPhone as he is very careful with his devices.

Mark Zuckerberg is an avid user of the iPhone and it is believed that he receives free iPhones from Apple from time to time because of his personal connection with many Apple executives.

Although we wonder if the CEO of the world's wealthiest social media platforms really needs those freebies!

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, uses nothing but iPhone and Apple products in general.

He has been spotted using the latest iPhones in public several times. This is a true test of the faith one has in his own products.

The co-founders of Google, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, use a variety of Android phones. Sergey Brin used to have a Nexus phone, but now he is likely to be carrying the Google Pixel.

The first phone however, that Larry carried, was a Blackberry. Likely a Stanford EE380 version.

Former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick presently uses an iPhone. The 45-year-old co-founder and former CEO of Uber has often been spotted whipping out his iPhone for use during public appearances.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai has about 20 to 30 phones in his house. He bought his first smartphone in 2006 and his first ever phone, a Motorola StarTAC in 1995.

In a 2015 interview, Pichai had said he has about 20-30 phones in his house.

The guess is most or all of these phones are made by Google, especially since he has on occasion expressed concerns over privacy where any other brands are concerned.
