The felony charge comes after a 2019 lawsuit alleging Kyle Massey of sending explicit photos, texts, and videos to a minor in 2018 and 2019.

“That’s So Raven” actor, Kyle Massey, has been charged with one count of immoral communication with a 13-year-old-girl.

The felony charge comes after a 2019 lawsuit alleging Massey of sending explicit photos, texts, and videos to a minor in 2018 and 2019.

The girl’s family is seeking $1.5 million from Massey for “intentional affliction of emotional distress, harmful matter sent with intention of seducing a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor, and annoying or molesting a minor.”

Massey responded to the lawsuit, claiming he was being extorted.

The 29-year-old actor played Cory Baxter in Disney’s sitcom That’s So Raven from 2003 to 2007 and later starred in the spin-off Cory In The House until 2008.

Another early 2000s sitcom actor, Drake Bell from “Drake & Josh”, made the news after pleading guilty on multiple charges related to crimes against a child.

Investigation showed that the victim, 15, established a relationship with Bell. Months leading up to a concert on December 1, 2017, Bell had sent her inappropriate social media messages.

Bell entered guilty pleas on Wednesday to attempted endangering children and disseminating harmful matter to juveniles.

“If you plead guilty, that is an admission that you did commit these crimes,” said Judge Timothy McCormick to Bell via Zoom.

Sentencing was set for July 19 when Bell could face up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
