A huge 3D billboard of a cat has appeared at Tokyo's iconic Shibuya pedestrian crossing - but pedestrians are being warned against staring at it.

Fall in love with Japan more as you walk along Shibuya, its busiest street. Why? Because a new 3D billboard had just been unveiled recently.

Watch a 3D cat sleep, walk around, and meow to passersby! This ultra-cute billboard is attached to the Cross Shinjuku Vision, across the Shinjuku Station’s east exit. It spans the height of three floors.

What’s more fun to see is that the LED screen display is curved, which enables the image of the cat to “pop out”. And, yes, the meows of the cat blasts out of speakers.

The screen turns on every 7 AM until 1 AM when the cat will sleep.

Is Japan already on your bucket list after the pandemic? It should be. Get ready to be amazed with Japan’s beautiful environment and awesome technological innovations.

Be careful though, don’t stare at the billboard while you’re crossing the famous Shibuya Crossing. (EFO)
