The co-chairmen looked like they were so conscious about the former president’s brutal handling of the presidency that they showed a bit of nervousness as they tried to explain the rules of engagement by all concerned. They appeared all along that they had to be so respectful that they made sure to call the civilian RR Duterte “Mr. President.”
