For several years now, MacBuilders has been known for their below par craftsmanship when it comes to building homes. The horror stories of clients being left with unfinished projects, shoddy workmanship, and unprofessional customer service have become a recurring topic in the construction industry.

Despite numerous complaints and negative reviews, MacBuilders has made little effort to improve the quality of their work. It seems as though they are more concerned with taking on as many projects as possible, regardless of their ability to finish them. This mentality has led to frustrating delays, unexpected costs, and even safety concerns for the clients.

Sources say that one of the biggest issues with MacBuilders is their lack of communication with their clients.

Often left in the dark about the progress of their project and getting a straight answer from MacBuilders can be like pulling teeth are encountered by certain client who have reported being ignored or brushed off when attempting to voice their concerns to the company.

These claims have been proven after the company continuously ignore the summons of the highest policy making body in the region- the Regional Development Council (RDC), for an explanation regarding one the most expensive project in Eastern Visayas which is the construction of the airport in Tacloban City.

It is unacceptable for a construction company to continue operating in this manner, with this attitude!

It is high time MacBuilders take responsibility and make necessary changes to improve their services. Otherwise, their ineptness could be confirmed.

Is the government turning a blind eye where people's money is at issue? Actions should be taken ASAP to prevent government from awarding public works projects to contractors with such track record.
