The driver turned out to be barangay councilor Mario Diaz of nearby Barangay Catmon, who took the first step to fix the problem that has been going on for several months due to inaction by authorities.
“One year na ako nandito ikaw lang nakita ko nag ayus nyan. oh Ayan mga pedicab driver Dina kayu sesemplang dyan. Nilagyan na ni kuya nang bato,” says Nhar Berdan Palaña in his facebook post.
“Maliit na bagay, salamat pala sa appreciation,itinayming ko nga na lunch para sana hindi marami ang makakita,” responded Diaz after receiving praises from witnesses and netizens.
