ECONOMISTS in survey groups are actually good friends that one day, the three of them decided to go hunting in the forests of Mt. Makiling.

They saw a wild boar and the first, the head economist of the country’s leading survey group shot first but missed it 5 meters to the left.

The wild boar, not noticing that he got shot at stayed and the second economist from False Asia takes his turn and missed 5 meters to the right.

The third economist, from the newest of the survey groups, run by a propaganda machine, did not take a shot but shouted in victory, “We got it. We got it.”

###

Why did God create economists in survey groups? To prove that Filipinos can be stupid and not even notice it.

###

That we can be stupid like believing that Marcos Sr. was a hero and his junior will save this country from damnation is better appreciated in this practice in baptism, where babies are named after combining the names of the parents.

Jomari comes from combining the name of the father, Jose and the mother, Maria.

Junvic comes from combining the name of the father, Junjun and the mother, Victoria.

A priest have had enough of this when the father, Conrado and the mother, Dominga wanted their baby named after them.

###

So why is Ferdinand Marcos Jr., better known as Bongbong? Will somebody please explain? Bongbong in Waray is house wall and his mother is a Waray.

The country is going through the worst in our times, with cost of living going through our bubong (roof), slowly killing us.

Poor economic policies favoring the importers and natural calamities have practically killed interest of farmers to till our farm lands.

Only dreamers like my good friend Sonny Domingo, a farmer-organizer, keeps high hopes on our future.

Again, the same question. Why did God create economists? In order to make weather forecasters look good.

In the news, Huang Xilian, China’s ambassador to the Philippines, turned over to the Philippines 10,000 metric tons of rice for Super Typhoon Odette victims.

Thank you, Your Excellency.

How about turning over the over 10,000 square kilometers and tens of islets China has taken from us?

Then China’s favorite in our 2022 elections will have better chances of winning, proving the false surveys are not lies.

In the news, over half of Pinoy adults now have bank accounts. They are not saying why.

This is why: ATMs are favorite collateral in loans from sharks.
