THESE senate investigations are nothing but an insult to the rather “timid and passive intelligence of Filipinos,” or so these crook politicos thought of typically impassive public. As if the expressionless public are undiscerning of their equally crooked politics and endless politicking.

It would be stupid of these opposition senators and opposition leaders for them to think that Filipinos (who are now more actually discerning) would spare them from getting soiled by the prevailing problem of corruption in government.

The more they try to throw garbage at the Duterte administration who is far, far from being honest and corrupt-free government, the more they expose themselves to the same dishonest and lying of so-called public service.

Correct me if I am wrong. The only reason that more, if not all of politicos, thrive in politics is because of the openly accepted practice of SOPs in government projects. This is no longer something hidden practice among politicians. Politicos across party lines engage in corrupt practices. The practice is embedded in the system that the unsuspecting public hardly sees them. It’s called SOP. Others call it “pasahe”. “An para kan mayor”. “An para kan governor”. “An para kan DE”. “An para kan Director”.

So for God’s sake Senator Drilon, Senator Gordon, Senator Pacquiao, enough of your dishonest scheming in painting the same shenanigans to the Duterte administration you yourselves are guilty of doing.

I suggest that since you’re all legislators, you create a law that will legitimize the giving of 10 to 20 percent in SOP from all government projects. You’re all exposed already, even if the contractors and suppliers you’re getting from your SOP share choose to remain silent. The shenanigans in you are no longer hidden. You’re all exposed as the sun.

If my claims here are true, the Filipino people are without a choice but to settle on the better crooks among you.
