The healing Sanctuary and Spa at the Farm at San Benito

Inspired by a laidback tropical isle of pure bliss combining South East Asian architecture with a natural fusion of verdant sweeping landscape, dotted by man-made lakes, retreat pools and meditation sites, it offers both physical and spiritual healing, rejuvenation and a holistic approach to wellness.

In layman’s terms, The Farm is a One-Stop-Shop to get well and be healed with its unique approach to detoxification and de-stressing which proves to be very much an essential part in everyone’s daily survival mode.

For instance, incorporating the farm-to-table vegan meals, the Farm’s ALIVE restaurant serves living foods gourmet cuisine rich in phyto-nutrients, enzymes and anti-oxidants that nourish the body while boosting the immune system, incorporated from home-grown produce from the Farm’s plots.

Holistic approach

Because of its holistic approach to wellness, fitness and longevity, The Farm has garnered numerous awards. Over the years The Farm has offered the following combined healing and wellness programs to help people attain optimal health: The Holistic Medical Sanctuary, Healing Sanctuary SPA & Acqua-Hydrotheraphy Sanctuary to de-stress and rejuvenate. These combined integrative medical practices from all over the world aims to give immersive healing to each guest.

In 2019 Its pescatarian PESCE restaurant swung its doors open to the public to introduce a new menu focused on health and longevity as inspired by the Mediterranean Blue Zone diet. Living foods means only freshly-harvested produce from land or sea and served in the freshest way possible, sans the heavily flavored taste-enhancers that some of us normally used to spiking our daily dishes for that “ümami” zest.

Cuisine for longevity

The Farm has specialty food outlets, namely: ALIVE for detoxifying gut health vegan cuisine, PRANA vegetarian cuisine for vital energy, and PESCE pescetarian cuisine for longevity.

As a way of giving back to the community, the Farm also produces Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) as part of its being an eco-sustainable destination coupled with its community livelihood program via training of cold-pressed VCO production.

Its top plums are “The Best Medical Resort in the World” from SENSES Germany, and Haute Grandeur Global Hotel and Spa Awards, to name a few.

Guests may opt from a variety of rooms upon treatment. The villa can be considered one’s personal sanctum for the guest and members of the family.

The rustic suites and secluded luxurious villas come with a unique tropical design reflective of the beautiful natural localities. The Farm has 60 suites and villas to date.
