The father of Smart Martin was curious how SM was doing in his math.
Father, “Martin, let’s see how much you’ve learnt in school. What’s two plus two?”
After a moment, Smart Martin answers, “Four”
“Good” said the father. “Let’s do it a little faster, what is four plus four?”
Smart Martin, counting using his fingers, answers, “Eight”
“Right,” said the dad, adding, “Do not use your fingers. Put you hands in your pockets. What’s five plus five?”
Smart Martin, after a few seconds, answers, “Eleven.”
