The concept that our thoughts and emotions can influence our physical health is a widely debated topic, often rooted in alternative and holistic approaches to medicine. The idea that our mental state can manifest as physical illnesses is a core principle of many alternative healing practices, and it is often referred to as the "mental equivalent." In Kamalayan, negative thoughts and emotions can attract illnesses and diseases, while positive thoughts and emotions can promote health and well-being.

As a self-proclaimed healer, I have embraced this philosophy and have become a trusted resource for friends seeking guidance when they are feeling unwell. By delving into their emotions and thought patterns, I identify potential mental equivalents for their physical symptoms. This approach involves understanding the underlying causes of their discomfort and prescribing corresponding affirmations to help them shift their mental state toward healing.

My exploration extends to energy healing modalities such as Reiki and frequency medicine, which leverage the concept that the body's energy fields and frequencies play a crucial role in overall health. I have a deep understanding of how these modalities can influence the body's subtle energies and promote well-being. In addition, I am familiar with energy machines that utilize pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) to support the body's natural healing processes. These machines have now become more widely available, offering individuals new opportunities to explore alternative approaches to health and wellness.

A few years ago, my 70-year-old sister was diagnosed with mild scoliosis. Recently, she experienced debilitating pain due to mild spondylolysis and was advised to undergo expensive surgery. Instead, she tried one of these energy machines, and after four days, her pain disappeared. She hasn't needed to return to the doctor since.

The quotes attributed to Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein underscore the growing interest in the relationship between vibration, energy, and frequency in the context of health and medicine. The idea that the future of medicine lies in frequency medicine suggests a paradigm shift toward embracing holistic and alternative approaches to healing.

While these concepts may challenge conventional medical paradigms, they reflect a growing movement toward a more integrated approach to health and wellness. As people seek personalized and holistic solutions to their health concerns, the integration of alternative healing modalities, energy medicine, and frequency-based technologies may offer new avenues for promoting well-being and addressing the root causes of illness.

In conclusion, my journey as a healer and advocate for alternative healing modalities reflects a growing interest in the interplay between the mind, body, and spirit in the context of health and wellness. By embracing the concept of mental equivalents and promoting holistic approaches to healing, I am contributing to a broader movement that seeks to empower individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.
