Farmer explains how PBBM differs from other world leaders

KA MON: Yes Mr. PRESIDENT. 1. You are one of the most- known president from the third world because of the negative things that your opposition tells the world news about you being a weak President (opposite the Ukranian.President, a former comedian but was voted after the Ukranians got tired of voting for a politician).

2. You are the only President that "dips his bread on his coffee" before eating it, in a Presidential Table. 3. You are the only President that looks at his First Lady as if she was still a hip hop girl and tolerates her antics in public. 4. You are the only President that has a reserve political party (KBL as a legacy from your dad).

5. You are the only President whose son is more popular than you and is working to transfer the wealth of the nation to the poor through Maharlika Fund. 5. You went to China prioritizing agriculture and promoting a smelly fruit and gets away with it but did not dare serve it.

PBBM: Oh, I did not realize that. Do you want me to change my ways?

KA MON: No Sir. We would like you to consider doing the following: 1. REORGANIZE THE GOVERNMENT through an EO regularizing the 1.6 million JO employees and amending the Attrition law (Which government in the world reduces its public servants with a growing population needing public service every election, ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES) to give them more incentives for better public service. This will not only immediately transfer the wealth of the nation to the poor employees but will make them your new loyalist to remind your appointees not to squander or steal the wealth of the nation because they (the newly- regularized employees and their beneficiaries) will be the first to benefit.

2. Harness the qualified members of the KBL and other supportive political parties to immediately fill up the 6,000 positions that you haven't filled up and ask them to establish a goal to make the GOCC's where they will be appointed to raise the revenue needed, equal to the amount to pay for the newly- regularized JO employees, so that revenues can be used to irrigate 1-M hectares more to feed another 50 million mouths before the end of your term.

3. Jumpstart the economy thru agricultural development by way of organizing 1000 food farms using the P 100- B additional budget of DA and the P 10-B proceeds of funds from RTL to substitute for rice imports and produce more vegetables. 4. Organize PARDS. (or the Presidential Assistance on Rural Development Systems) to include transferring the former PACD personnel, facilities and budgets now at the DILG etc. With this, you can have a community complete with post-harvest facilities integrated with consolidated small farmers under Professional Management, using a common facility of neighboring farms and also serve as packaging and marketing hub with quality rice and other agricultural products giving concessional pricing to government agencies and employees’ cooperatives. It will be a community where no member is below the poverty line enjoying SSS-PhilHealth benefits including retirement as managers of their own farms.

PBBM: What else must I do?

KA MON: There are now rumors of easing you out by the military being a weak President. The First Lady is said to be running your PSG and making an announcement of not meddling with state affairs). You may now announce that for the moment you will stop travelling and do your homework like putting in more hours to the runaway inflation and capacitating farmers/producers to produce more rice, corn, fruits and vegetables and preserving the hard- earned dollar currency of our OFWs from being used by the private sector and the smugglers to import more products that we can produce seasonally and through a cold chain preserve the surplus production for the future.

KA MON: More, Sir You need qualified PROFESSIONALS including those you do not personally know to run your government. Let the people rallying behind you specially the farmers run after you for good governance. Listen to the advice of your sister Sen. Imee in her "Lupang Hinarang" priviledge speech. There is a way to get our farmers out of their debts and poverty if you only listen to your constituency closely and not only those with influence in your administration and the captains of industry.
