THE PHILIPPINES’ has become the focal point of two historic and highly memorable events, and all at the same day (30th November 2019, which is also Philippine hero Andres Bonifacio’s Day.

One is the much anticipated 11-nation conclave –the 30th Southeast Asian Games (SEAG), at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, and the other is the holding of the 8th Jesus Reigns Philippine Celebrations (JRPC), at the famous Luneta Grandstand, in Manila.

SEAG’s other game venue include the now modernized Rizal Memorial Coliseum at Taft Avenue, Manila, while the JESUS REIGNS will also hold its one-day simultaneous celebrations in all the 82 provinces of the nation.

The Jesus Reigns events will start with an array of brilliant colors in the ‘Parade of Flags’ at 1 pm followed by reverential prayer, praise and worship to our God Almighty, culminating with Thanksgiving and Holy Communion (the finale likewise includes bright colorful fireworks that brighten the early evening sky).

Today, Jesus Reigns Philippine Celebrations that centers on giving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the Glory, has reached the key cities and nations of the world –Japan, Indonesia, the United States, and recently in Israel.

The worldwide reach provides open doors to the peoples of the world, as well as the distinct privilege to give honor and to glorify the living God of Israel, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, completely worshiping Him in Spirit and in Truth.

Indeed, God’s Word, found in the Holy Scriptures will find its fulfillment in the future (Revelation 7:9-7). This highly memorable event (Jesus Reigns) is an open invitation to all and giving people hope in this life plus the freedom of true worship to The Ancient of Days.

Overall Gold Medal Focus

Team Philippines in this year’s 30th SEAG, has indeed set its focus on achieving the overall gold medal tally, as the nation remains at an excited mode, giving their best for the Filipino people and the Flag. Our athletic youth deserve our complete moral support and prayers toward successful triumph.

And talking about giving our Filipino athletes better boast and encouragement, no less than Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) chairman Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino, promised double cash incentives that the national athletes are bound to receive from the PSC, for gold in the biennial meet, as confirmed by media reports.

Kudos goes to House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano, who heads the Philippine SEAG Organizing Committee, for his relentless drive, preparation and work dedication, in order to bring forth a concerted team effort to garner success for the host country –our beloved Pilipinas! Mabuhay!!! (Opinyon/Equilibrium readers are invited to watch and listen to: DZRJ 8810AM RadioVision’s ‘GOOD NEWS PILIPINAS!’ LIVE-PRIME 12nn-1pm Saturdays).
