Awakening to My Calling: Embracing Healing and Lightwork

Recently, I made a big decision to step back from my Kamalayan activities—my daily Kamalayan Facebook vlogs, lectures, and seminars. I felt stuck, like I wasn’t making a real difference in the world. Then something changed. I met a foreigner who introduced himself as a Buddhist monk, and his words shifted my perspective completely.

This friend helped me see things in a new light. He told me that I am meant to do something important in this world. He said I have the power to heal and bring light to others—calling me a healer and a lightworker. At first, I craved proof beyond his words or the videos I’d watched on YouTube. I wanted something tangible, something that could confirm this inner nudge.

That’s when he spoke of an energy shift that occurred in 2015. He pointed out that during that time I was actively promoting consciousness expansion through my radio and TV programs, as well as the sessions at the Third Eye Wellness Center where I shared universal laws and spiritual principles. He suggested that this shift wasn’t coincidental, but a sign that my path was already aligning with healing and awakening on a broader scale. He planted the seed that my past work laid a foundation for what I’m meant to do next.

A second friend added a different layer of meaning through palmistry. He noted a crescent moon and the letter M on both of my palms. In palmistry, the crescent moon often symbolizes sensitivity, creativity, and intuition, while the letter M points to leadership, future focus, and potential career success. Together, these symbols are seen as a potent sign of a spiritual awakening paired with worldly achievement—hinting at a year of growth and opportunity ahead. It felt like a quiet validation that my inner compass and outer influence could harmonize.

My friends’ interpretations didn’t erase my doubts, but they offered a scaffold for belief. They reminded me that healing isn’t always loud or dramatic; sometimes it’s a steady ripple, a subtle shift in how people feel seen, heard, and understood. If I’ve helped someone glimpse their own divine nature or reminded them of their inner power, then perhaps I have already been a healer, just in a softer, more unseen way.

So I’ve chosen to embrace this role again. I want to continue sharing what I’ve learned, not to conquer attention, but to light a path for others—helping them connect with their inner power and craft more joyful, meaningful lives. I envision a ripple effect of positivity and healing that extends far beyond what I can imagine.

I know the journey won’t always be easy. There will be days when doubt creeps in, or when I wonder if I’m enough. But the message from my friends—plus the quiet symbols I’ve carried—reminds me that each of us has a unique purpose and a special gift to offer the world. It’s up to us to recognize and nurture that gift, and use it to spread love, light, and healing wherever we go. I’m ready to walk that path, one compassionate action at a time.
