It’s timely to announce here that, finally, the maiden film together of Kim and Paulo, better known as KimPau, is showing worldwide in March after it was shelved for a showing late last year.
“My Love Will Make You Disappear” is the first outing of KimPau—as a love team—in the movie world.
Officially, here’s ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema’s statement on the final screening of the film:
“As part of Star Cinema’s commitment of bringing Filipino films to a global audience we are excited to announce the new playdate for the much-anticipated romantic comedy ‘My Love Will Make You Disappear,’ starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino. The film will now appear in cinemas worldwide starting March 26,” the manifesto says in part.
Star Cinema has found an allied distribution and marketing company of the film.
“The move comes in light of new developments and exciting opportunities to expand to the North American market. We are happy to share that global theatrical distributor Abramorama and award-winning international marketing firm Amorette Jones Media Consulting are collaborating again with Star Cinema in bringing the beautiful story to even more viewers as they believe in the film’s universal appeal that can appreciate a broader audience,” said the statement.
