Vice Ganda (with whom classes CDE relate) attended and made a dramatic entrance in Pasay Rally to officially endorse VP Leni Robredo for President.

Among the 420,000 supporters (although police estimates are forced to be downgraded so often ever since to make it look like the attendees or warm bodies were only below 100,000) at the Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City whole day of Saturday, the birthday of VP Leni Robredo, box office hitmaker Vice Ganda headlined the campaign rally to endorse the presidential candidacy of opposition leader, Vice President Leni Robredo. So many other celebrities in the entertainment industry and leading sports personalities showed up or sent videos of their formal endorsements.

In a rare appearance, Vice Ganda performed before a crowd, stating that the song is his gift to the VP, and donned a long trail with the words “Leni Robredo is my president” and uttered the words “We will take Leni there” during his performance. He also handed her a huge cake.

Vice then proceeded to raise VP Robredo’s hand and said his vote for Robredo is his gift to the nation.

"Sa gabing ito, opisyal kong ineendorso ang susunod na pangulo ng Republika ng Pilipinas, Leni Robredo!" Vice said while rousing the crowd.

Other notable stars who were present at the campaign rally were power couple Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid, who also performed in the event, diamond star Maricel Soriano, megastar and wife of Sen. Kiko Pangilinan, Sharon Cuneta and Mr. Pure Energy, Gary Valenciano who performed together with his son Gab.

“Ayoko ng masikip. Ayoko ng mabaho. Ayaw natin ng walang pagkain. Ayaw natin ng putik. Ang gusto ko liwanag sa dilim,” Soriano said in her usual show spiels during her speech.

Soriano also used her “Huwag mo kong ma-Terry-Terry” line but instead changed it to Robredo’s name: “Ang gusto ko, Leni! Leni! Leni!”

Another powerful impromptu speech was delivered by veteran actor John Arcilla which reminded netizens of his portrayal of Heneral Luna.

“Korap o tapat? Kurakot o lingkod? Umiiwas o humaharap? Sumusugod o umaatras? Masipag o tamad? Trapo o tropa? Bayan, pumili ka!” he said. “Ito ang tunay na pagibig sa bayan dahil ayaw natin ng korapsyon at kahit anong uri ng inhustisya — dahil itong dalawang ito ang dahilan kung bakit marami ang naghihirap sa ating mga kababayan” he said in his 15-minutes speech that drew applauses.
“Hindi natin sinasamba si Leni Robredo, siya ay ating sinasamahan,” he added to cheers of assent from the crowd.
“Mabuhay ang sambayanang Pilipino na pipili ng tama ngayong darating na eleksyon,” he finished his speech.

Also present in the rally are celebrity-philanthropist Angel Locsin (who was greeted by Leni for her birthday the day before), Miss International 2016 Kylie Versoza and Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Gomez, Julia Barretto, Janno Gibbs, Andrea Brillantes, Bianca Gonzalez, Jolina Magdangal, Nikki Valdez, Cherry Pie Picache, Ogie Diaz, Bayang Barrios, Juan Karlos, Mimiyuuuh, Kerwing King, and Mela Habijan.
