Members of Biñan City's LGBTQIA+ community braved heavy rains to unfurl their colors and express their desire for social equality and justice. Meanwhile, Mayor Gel Alonte (right), who joined other local officials during the activity, vowed to ensure a more inclusive Biñan City and promote policies, such as the recently-instituted "Right to Care" program, to ensure that discrimination will have no place in the city.
