A partnership that could change the game in Philippine real estate has been sealed.

By providing a larger regional network of resources for investments, brokerage and essential services like valuations, ERA Philippines formed in a franchise deal between APAC Realty, a popular Singapore-based provider of real estate services, and Upper Room Realty, a Philippine company.

Over the weekend, the agreement signing was held at the Manila House in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, making the Philippines as the 40th country in the world and the 13th in the Asia Pacific portfolio for an initial 15-year period.

The core principles of the Philippine franchise, which Bobby Kok, Chief Agency Officer of ERA Philippines, highlighted, focused primarily on residential developments such as condominiums, flats, strata townhouses, and homes and lots.

Kok expressed his determination to revive the Philippines' presence in the thriving real estate industry, emphasizing the country's immense potential for growth.

He envisions the Philippines as a global hub that connects various economies and cultures while also serving as a flourishing market, reiterating his team's unwavering commitment to leveraging this opportunity to establish a dynamic global marketplace.

Marcus Chu, CEO of APC Realty and ERA Asia Pacific, emphasized the network's goal of enabling real estate professionals and brokers to facilitate cross-border deals through comprehensive training and upgrading of both hard and soft skills.

This collaborative effort is geared to elevate the real estate sector in the Philippines and beyond, fostering greater connectivity and success in the industry.

Johann Garcia, CEO of ERA Philippines, extended an invitation to all attendees to join and partner with ERA Philippines in their mission, highlighting the importance of utilizing its resources and technology. This included holding online seminars for new sales agents and keeping them informed about market trends and government regulations.

By forming local institutional alliances, Garcia expressed hope to expand the network and enhance the real estate experience for brokers, agents, and clients.

With the initial guidance from ERA Singapore, a mobile app with a localized MLS to streamline transactions will be developed, he added, emphasizing the significance of the ERA tagline, "Trusted by Generations."

He envisioned this as a partnership that would transcend future generations in the Philippines, solidifying ERA as a trusted entity for years to come.
