Ten alleged New People's Army members surrendered and laid down their weapons in a symbolic ceremony during the Serbisyong Caravan by National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) led by NCRPO Acting Regional Director PBGen Jonnel C Estomo, together with Joint Regional Task Force JRTF-NCR ELCAC, in connection with the 50th Anniversary of Martial Law held at Lupang Pangako in Brgy. Payatas in Quezon City today.
They also pledged their allegiance to the Philippine flag.
