The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) introduced the MMDA Strike Force, led by Assistant General Manager for Operations David Angelo Vargas, on Tuesday, November 28.
The MMDA said it is intensifying its operations against motorists who persist on violating the rules on passing through the EDSA Busway despite the higher fines and penalties imposed by authorities.
