The Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) College of Allied Medicine – Nursing Program celebrated a milestone achievement, bringing up a 98.83-percent passing rate in the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE) conducted last February.

Of the 171 SLSU students who took the PNLE, 169 passed the examination.

This impressive result placed the university second in the country for its passing rate.

Two SLSU graduates also made it to the list of PNLE topnotchers.

Mark Angelo Luna finished in 7th place, earning a score of 90.20 percent.

John Michael Salanda trailed just behind, finishing in tenth with a score of 89.60 percent.

The results of SLSU graduates on the PNLE underscored the quality of the university's healthcare programs.

Moreover, the outcome demonstrates how well academic preparation, clinical training, and the university's emphasis on professional values team up.
