Local and foreign airlines on Friday have cancelled flights due to unfavorable weather condition in light of Typhoon Goring's projected trajectory.

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said Philippine Airlines (PAL), Cebu Pacific Air (CEB), AirAsia Philippines (AAP), as well as Cathay Pacific (CX) and China Southern Airlines (CZ), have grounded flights to Hong Kong, Canton, Xiamen and Jinjiang, China.


As of 6:30 a.m. of Friday, flights that have been cancelled:

MIAA said quoting the airlines, "The flight's status is updated in real time, and there is no need to call the contact center to verify the information."
