The city of San Pedro and the municipality of Pangil in the province in Laguna are now partners in their shared goal of socio-economic progress. San Pedro City Mayor Art Mercado (left) and Pangil Mayor Gerald Aritao (center) recently formalized this partnership through a sisterhood agreement signed at the San Pedro City Hall last Friday, June 7
Aside from the sisterhood agreement, officials from the Pangil LGU also conducted a "benchmarking" activity to learn from San Pedro City's "best practices," which they could adapt in improving their own services.
