A man's pursuit of an additional income has ended in deprivation of economic advancement when his investments didn't work well in a wellness and styling company.

San Pedro City resident Gaudencio Ordoña, Jr., also known as Sonny Ordoña in the journalism field, invested his money in Aquila Crystal Palace in Tagaytay City, a noted events place represented by Altaire Endencia, also known ar Tei Endencia, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization.
Ordoña expected a return of his investment from the company and was issued a check by Endencia to the tune of one million five hundred thousand pesos (P1,500,000.00).

According to Ordoña, he posted the check at the BDO Branch in Robinsons Galleria South in San Pedro City.

But when he drew the amount, he learned that the bank account of Endencia was closed.

According to the information filed by the People of the Philippines against the accused, Endencia was informed about his closed account but still failed and refused to pay Ordoña, hence, the legal action.
Endencia was accused of violating Batas Pambansa No. 22 also referred to as the Anti-Bouncing Check Law.

Endencia is the events stylist of Miss Universe Philippines.

He was also the events organizer of the wedding of basketball player Bobby Ray Parks and social media influencer Zeinab Harake last June.
