The Tulong Pangkabuhayan sa OFW project is a special livelihood and training project for qualified displaced overseas workers affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic under the leadership of Mayor Erick Wagan.
The OFW Project aims to provide start-up capital for beneficiaries to help them engage in livelihood and small business.
