The home is supposed to be the safest refuge for everyone. But news about fire, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) blast, violent fights, and other untoward incidents recently fill the paper, being the cause of death or injuries for the people in their abodes. Fast facts on home fatalities and injuries state that 78 percent of all preventable injury-related deaths happen in the home or communities. This poses a question then: how safe is your home?

Make it a habit to check hazards like it is already a part of your daily routine. Life cannot be replenished. Everybody knows it for a fact but sometimes we have to be reminded of that!
