To discourage illegal parking in San Juan City, Mayor and Metro Manila Council President Francis M Zamora lead the strict implementation of the city's wheel clamping ordinance on April 11, 2023.
The road clearing operation will follow the amendments made in the San Juan City Wheel Clamping Ordinance (C.O. No. 70, Series of 2022) and MMDA Resolution No. 10, Series of 2010, wherein vehicles that are illegally parked along Mabuhay Lanes and city roads in the city will be clamped by the authorities.
