FIBA, the International Basketball Federation is an association of national organizations which governs the sport of basketball worldwide, will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. FIBA opening ceremonies will be held at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
