Quezon City residents avail of free castration, rabies vaccines and other animal care services on Friday as provided by the QC Veterinary Department at the QC Circle as part of the celebration of World Rabies Day.
The world rabies day is celebrated every September 28 and this year's theme is "Rabies: One Health, Zero Deaths.
