They were condemning the reported rise of acts of violence against women in the Philippines that has become the global epicenter of live stream abuse, based on a study by the United Nations International Children’s Education Fund (UNICEF) in 2016. The findings also showed that 80 percent or 8 out of 10 children in the Philippines are vulnerable to being victims of online abuse or bullying.
