Although professional surfer and mentor Philmar Alipayo has just alerted the public that everything is already settled between him and Andi Eigenmann, he regretted that the talks about him and Pernilla Sjoo were taken to public viewing and scrutiny.
“It went all way too far and should have been handled in private,” said Philmar in his caption about his whole family having fun together in his Facebook reel.
The video showed Andi Eigenmann and their kids Koa and Lilo smiling heartily on cam to signify the peace at home.
“Ok na kami sanan. Ok ra kami (We’re all okay. We’re already okay,” wrote Alipayo in his social media spaces.
Philmar and Andi went on an online feud about a Swedish woman named Pernilla Sjoo who sported an identical tattoo ink with Alipayo.
Eigenmann said in her cryptic digital messages that she was betrayed by a friend but cleared out Philmar. “He didn’t cheat on me,” said Andi.
It was Pernilla who posted her photo with Philmar.
When Sjoo saw the posts of Eigenmann, she reacted passionately without naming names.
“I just don’t understand why some people have so much hate in their minds and bodies. I hope that if you ever make a hurtful comment, you can still sleep peacefully at night and smile knowing you’ve caused someone pain. I’m still human din naman. I still feel hurt, and when it’s too much, it cuts deep.
“I hope you never become the reason someone cries themselves to sleep or question their worth—asking why they weren’t good enough,” Pernilla.
After the controversy went awry, Sjoo has removed her several Instagram accounts.
Eigenmann and Alipayo have been living in an island in Siargao, south of the Philippines for years.
