Leyte Governor Jericho “Icot” Petilla attended the Regional Development Committee–Visayas Area Committee (RDCom-VAC) Reorganizational Meeting held at the Golden Prince Hotel and Suites in Cebu City, joining regional leaders in efforts to strengthen interregional coordination in the Visayas.
Also present at the meeting were Governor Jose Enrique Miraflores, RDC Chair for Region VI (Aklan); Governor Manuel Sagarbarria, RDC Chair for the Negros Island Region (Negros Oriental); and Governor Pamela Baricuatro, RDC Chair for Region VII (Cebu).
The meeting served as a platform for regional leaders to reaffirm cooperation among the Visayas regions and to strengthen coordination mechanisms for regional development planning.
The RDCom-VAC is composed of representatives from the Visayas Regional Development Councils and serves as a venue for addressing common development concerns and promoting unified regional initiatives.
