Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) has enhanced its routes between the Philippines and Australia by increasing the frequency of its flights between Manila and Brisbane to operate daily.
It is introducing a seventh weekly nonstop frequency from Manila to Brisbane starting October 27, 2024.
PAL has an expanded selection of flight routes and the largest number of flights connecting the Philippines to four cities in Australia.
The airline currently flies daily to Sydney, five times a week to Melbourne, and thrice weekly to Perth.
Not only that, business class passengers and frequent flyers can enjoy the new PAL Mabuhay Lounge at Terminal 1 of Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
The expansive PAL Lounge, designed by Atelier Almario, provides a delightful and comfortable experience for dining, preflight work and relaxation, and is open to business class travelers as well as Mabuhay Miles Elite, Premier Elite, and Million Miler passengers.
"We are poised to intensify efforts to promote tourism between the Philippines and Australia, as we invite more travelers to discover the wonders of our beautiful country of more than 7,000 islands and the renowned friendliness and hospitality of the Filipino people," PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Stanley Ng said.
The airline said that it continues to enhance services and expand its network, reinforcing its bid to be a key player in international aviation with flights to 36 destinations in Asia, North America, Australia and the Middle East, as well as 32 cities in the Philippines.
