Members of the Volunteer Individuals for Peace (VIP), in partnership with Parola Artist Group,
conduct an on the spot painting contest with the theme “Peace Builds One Nation One Future’’ through the support of the Quezon City local government. Aspiring artists showcased their talents at the Quezon City Circle.
