Bureau of Customs and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at the Central Mail Exchange Center (CMEC) of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport seized 10 abandoned parcels containing illegal drugs valued almost P15 million peso worth.
Five out of 10 parcels contained more or less 544 ml of liquid cannabis with street value of P32,640 pesos and more or less while remaining five parcels containing 8,446 pieces of ecstasy (MDMA) tablets including 924 grams of raw MDMA with current street value of P 14,358,200.
BOC-NAIA district collector Yasmin Mapa said the abandoned parcels were discovered Monday afternoon during routine inspection at the CMEC warehouse.

One parcel declared as "Essential Oils" shipped by CHUNGWA POST CO LTD from P.O. Box 100561-017-298, Taipei, Taiwan consigned to Carla Eunice Uy of 185 West Drive, Dunaguete City, Negros Oriental, 6200 Philippines containing: Bubble wrapped with seven black boxes labeled as HEMP OIL 7000MG" ; Seven black dropper bottles labeled "HEMP OIL 7000MG" each containing 210ml (30ml each) hemp oil suspected to be liquid cannabis;
One parcel declared as "Bath Bomb CBD" shipped from 14 Meyrick Park Belfast BT14 GPD consigned to Kenneth Tiu of 868 Rizal Street, Barangay Dumlog, Talisay City PH-CER, Philippines; Bubble wrapped with five spray bottle labeled "RH" containing 150ml (30ml each) of liquid substance suspected to be liquid cannabis; Box labeled "CBD" with 10 dermal patches labeled "CBD" each;
One parcel declared as "Herbal Samples" shipped by Simone Canavan of Greenheart CBD, Unit 2, Seagrave Square, Castle Street, Ashbourne, Meath, A84T258, Ireland consigned to Romark Tuban of Unit 4, Amazin Bldg, NIA Subdivision, Sun Street, Tumaga 7000, Zamboanga City, PH-ZAS, Philippines containing; One Box labeled "GreenHeart CBD"; One Green dropper bottle labeled "GreenHeart CBD" containing 30ml of liquid substance suspected to be liquid cannabis;
One parcel declared as "T-shirt gift" shipped by S.York Via Melano 151 Como 22100, Italy consigned to Felicitas Liga 326 Zone 3, Barra Opol, Misamis Oriental, Cagayan De Oro City,9016, Philippines containing: One black tshirt; One tin can labeled "Dr. Nice" containing; four cartridges containing more or less 4ml (MOL 1ml each) of liquid substance suspected liquid cannabis;
One parcel declared as "Essential Oil" shipped from PMK 1358, Locked Bag 1358, Special Project Unit, Pos Malaysia, Sepang, Selangot, Malaysia
Five black boxes labeled "HEMP OIL 7000MG"; Five dropper bottle labeled "HEMP OIL 7000MG" with 150ml (30ml each) liquid substance suspected to be liquid cannabis;
One brown box labeled X with tracking no. CW050118356FR Shipped France consigned to Ma Isabella Albano of 23 Rote Hunters Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City, 1113 Philippines containing: One speaker containing six improvised pouches made of carbon paper; Six knot-tied transparent plastic bag containing more or less 2,989 tablets;
One box labeled declared as "6x facial cream 2x hand cream 6x sauce 1x body milk" shipped by Jan de Boer 6 1033XP Amsterdam consigned to Lexter Malabanan of 86 St Visaverde Caybiaa Vista 1420 Caloocan City, Philippines containing: Five screw cap plastic container; Five knot-tied transparent plastic bag containing more or less 924 grams of raw MDMA;
