Three unconfirmed deaths and around 51 houses were badly affected in a fire incident last February 22 in Barangay Cogon, Ormoc City at around 8:00-10:00pm.
Due to the scale of the fire, firefighters and locals joined hands to rescue as many residents as possible. As of this moment, authorities are yet to identify the possible cause of the incident.
