Manila Bay fishermen were forced to secure their boats by tying and placing them near the seashore this Friday, 17 December 2021.
The fishermen interviewed by OpinYon said that it is dangerous to go out and fish after they noticed the strong winds brought by Typhoon Odette that is currently lashing in Mindanao and Visayas areas.
