Following the recent visit of United Nations Special Rapporteur for freedom of expression and opinion Irene Khan, progressive groups stage a rally in front of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) along Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago Avenue in Quezon City Monday, January 29.
The groups urged NTC to “unblock” websites of “alternative media” outlets such as Bulatlat and Pinoy Weekly.
