NO LET-UP IN PROTEST VS. PUVMP

Transport group MANIBELA shows no signs of backing down as they continue to protest against the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP) of the national government, such as this rally led by MANIBELA President Mar Valbuena in front of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) headquarters along East Avenue, Quezon City Thursday, May 16. Starting today, PUVs that have failed to consolidate their franchises are deemed "colorum" or unauthorized vehicles and will be subject to apprehension by authorities.
