Nikki de Moura off to compete for Miss Grand International crown

Cagayan De Oro beauty, Nikki De Moura, is off to fight for the 11th Miss Grand International Crown in a pageant to be held on October 25, 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Philippines almost got the crown as Miss Grand Philippines 2020 Samantha Bernardo was first runner up.


Last year, Miss Grand Philippine 2022 Roberta Tamondong replaced Miss Grand Mauritius as 5th Runner Up.

Previously, the Miss Grand Philippines franchise was under Binibining Pilipinas Charity, Inc. but now under ALV Pageant Circle, which is also the owner of Miss World Philippines.

Nikki is a professional model whose advocacy is to support awareness of mental health.

Meanwhile, this year's Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas, Michelle Arceo of Quezon City in a pageant held July 13 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. In 2017, the first Filipina crowned as Reina Hispanoamericana was Teresita Ssen "Wynwyn" Marquez. She is the first Asian winner to in the pageant that celebrates hispanic heritage and culture.

Social media influencer and the crowd favorite, Herlene Budol, was crowned as Miss Philippines Tourism. Last year, Herlene was first runner up in the Binibining Pilipinas.


Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2023 is Francine Reyes of Tarlac.
