has filed it, told a second person about the state of his marital affair with her — divorce from their union in October 2021.
In an interview with King of Talk Boy Abunda. Abellana admitted she’s divorced now.
“We are divorced, recognized na po ‘yan ng korte (already by the court), local court po natin dito (here),” said the actress of GMA Network’s “Widows War.”
It was Tom who announced the divorce in a statement issued by his talent manager Popoy Caritativo.
Tom filed the divorce in the US because he is an American citizen, first and foremost.
That was the basis of Abellana’s pronouncement that they’re already divorced and that it is recognized by the local court here in the Philippines.

According to the actress, she doesn’t entertain love at this point in her life.
