The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has apologized to passengers after operations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 were affected by power interruptions as well as several international and domestic flights.

"As of 6 a.m. today, the electric power in all areas of the Terminal has been restored," the MIAA said.
