The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Quezon City government signed today a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for its program “Pambansang Pabahay Para Sa Pilipino: Zero ISF Program for 2028” at Batasan, Quezon City.
The MOU signing tasks the Quezon City local government to provide technical, financial and manpower resources for the development of the housing projects.
